_ What are Dreadfalls and Cyberlox?_

Dreadfalls are backcombed synthetic hair (made of kanekalon) pieces to give the appearance of real dreadlock extensions that can be applied to your hair in various methods as explained in our Tutorials page. Dreadfalls can come in different styles and colors such as solid color, twisted color, transitional, curly, single, and double ended. Cyberlocks are tubular crinoline, which is ribbons used for making fancy present packaging. They come in a variety of colors such as metalic, glow in the dark, UV, and have the consistency of a chinese finger trap. Many people use these falls for fetish parties, rave events, conventions, cosplays, photoshots, concerts, costumes, and more!

_ Why should i buy my dreads from lustfullocks.com? _

Once you order your hair with us, we take pictures everytime we work on them and upload them in our "inprogess" photoalbulm on myspace, so you can see them as they are being worked on, in the event that you decide you want to switch out colors because you don't like the way it looks. _ Do you ship internationally?_

Sometimes. As long as the buyer agrees to take full responsibilty to shipping prices, which can get pricey will will more than likely ship it out especially if it's a large order. We ask that all international orders please contact us with what you plan on ordering and your address before making an order so that we can find out the shipping prices and currency exchange so that there is no confusion in the future.

_ Can i get my hair products quicker than the average turn-around time? _

Yes! But there will be a small fee of $10 for a RUSH. We ask that you email us - lustfullocks@gmail.com before placing an order to make sure we have enough time to make them. The Rush fee's can be added to the cart on each page.

_ Do you accept Returns? _

Yes! We accept all returns as long as the item doesn't smell like cigarettes, or have visual signs of usage, and it is returned within the first week it was sent out. Otherwise we can offer a store credit depending on the cost of the item. We also do exchanges.

_ Do you offer discounts if we buy in bulk? _

Yes! If you order more than 100 dreads, we can offer you a special discount! We ask that you please email us with your potential order, and we will give you special pricing based on your order volume. We are working on making wholesale accounts for certain customers.

_ What local services do you offer (South Florida Residence only)?_

We can drop the dreads off, or you can pick them up from us. We also will come to you and braid them in your hair as extensions for you for $10 an hour as long as your hair is over 3 inches long.

_ I dont have enough money for the whole order can i pay for half now and half when i get it?_

Absolutly not. Sorry, but we have been nice to customers before, and they didn't work out their end of the deal. Therefore they have ruined it for everyone else and we can't trust anyone. Our prices are already low as it is, and we offer plenty of discounts each month.
